Did you know that feelings of loneliness and isolation (especially in this current climate with the coronavirus pandemic) has an alarming impact on our health and your team’s productivity, creativity, relationships and general wellbeing? As it turns out, feelings of disconnection have a huge influence on our minds, bodies and behaviours, and can have some pretty devastating effects when they become chronic.
 
My mission is to promote psychologically safe and healthy working environments as a preventative measure to combat this big issue of loneliness in our society today.
